Position Summary
Reviews all compliance procedures required by the applicable regulators. Responsibilities include knowledge of all compliance procedures required by the Graton Resort & Casino's System of Internal Controls that are not performed as part of a daily audit.
Essential Functions- Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promotingour values.
- Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Graton Resort & Casino standards, policies, and procedures.
- Review all compliance procedures required by the regulators and Graton Resort & Casino's System of Internal Controls that are not performed as part of a daily audit.
- Supervise department and run reports.
- Prepare an audit checklist outlining and attesting to all required procedures.
- Prepare/Review all exceptions for any errors found as a result of the audits.
- Ensure that proper responses are received on all audit exceptions.
- Ensure that Title 31 reports are filed within the required time periods.
- Perform Title 31 training to ensure that Team Members are properly trained and understand all required procedures.
- Update and maintain an exception schedule by Team Members to ensure that Team Members withrepeated exceptions are identified and receive further training.
- Assist department heads with training in problem area.
- Responsible for communication with the Compliance Manager and Director of Compliance for correspondence with the Graton Tribal Gaming Commission.
- Responsible for property record retention, including the maintenance of box logs and location of allboxes.

- Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written andverbal form.
- Must have supervisory experience in the gaming industry dealing with regulations, audits, etc.
- Basic understanding of accounting, gaming and regulatory requirements, including, but not limited to:
Title 31 and Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS). - Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
- Must be able to sit for duration of shift.
- Manual dexterity to operate job related equipment.

Pay Rate$75,000 Annually
