Compliance Audit Supervisor

Position Summary

Reviews all compliance procedures required by the applicable regulators. Responsibilities include knowledge of all compliance procedures required by the Graton Resort & Casino's System of Internal Controls that are not performed as part of a daily audit.

• Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promotingour values.
• Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Graton Resort & Casino standards, policies, and procedures.
• Review all compliance procedures required by the regulators and Graton Resort & Casino's System of Internal Controls that are not performed as part of a daily audit.
• Supervise department and run reports.
• Prepare an audit checklist outlining and attesting to all required procedures.
• Prepare/Review all exceptions for any errors found as a result of the audits.
• Ensure that proper responses are received on all audit exceptions.
• Ensure that Title 31 reports are filed within the required time periods.
• Perform Title 31 training to ensure that Team Members are properly trained and understand all required procedures.
• Update and maintain an exception schedule by Team Members to ensure that Team Members withrepeated exceptions are identified and receive further training.
• Assist department heads with training in problem area.
• Responsible for communication with the Compliance Manager and Director of Compliance for correspondence with the Graton Tribal Gaming Commission.
• Responsible for property record retention, including the maintenance of box logs and location of allboxes.

• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written andverbal form.
• Must have supervisory experience in the gaming industry dealing with regulations, audits, etc.
• Basic understanding of accounting, gaming and regulatory requirements, including, but not limited to:
  
  Title 31 and Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS).
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
• Must be able to sit for duration of shift.
• Manual dexterity to operate job related equipment.
