Analytics Manager

Position Summary

The Analytics Manager is responsible for delivering high-quality business intelligence solutions and analytics that support decision making and enhance EBITDA. The position leads analytical professionals and partners closely with leaders across the organization to provide actionable data-driven insights.

• Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.
• Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Graton Resort & Casino standards, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure high-quality, timely delivery of analytics and business intelligence including reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis using tools such as Fabric, Power BI, SQL, Excel, and / or Python.
• Contribute to development and execution of the analytics roadmap including predictive modeling and prescriptive analytics as well as migration and modernization of existing reporting. Champion adoption of new analytics methodologies and tools (e.g., Microsoft Fabric).
• Lead, develop, coach, hire, onboard, and evaluate Team Members, fostering a culture of excellence, curiosity, continuous learning, and professional growth.
• Collaborate with business leaders and other stakeholders to translate analytical needs into scalable data and BI solutions, while providing timely, insightful decision support and diagnostic analytics.
• Partner closely with the IT Data & Architecture Team to continually enhance the integrated Medallion data model supporting reporting, analytics, and predictive modeling across the organization.
• Establish and reinforce BI development standards and best practices, including semantic models, DAX, report design, validation, and workspace governance.
• Establish and maintain data quality and governance standards, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting and analytical outputs.
