What You’ll Do:

• Support AS9100 quality procedures and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑focused work area
• Generate accurate inspection reports and documentation
• Perform detailed mechanical and visual inspections on machined products
• Present product and data packages to customer source inspectors
• Partner with program managers to coordinate inspection activities
• Complete additional duties as assigned to support production and quality goals

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• 5+ years inspecting machined parts
• 5+ years using precision inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• 5+ years working directly with customer source inspectors
• Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
• Solid understanding of customer specifications and requirements
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and production staff (with the help of translator)

Compensation

$25–$35 per hour DOE Full‑time, hourly position with long‑term stability and growth potential.
