Bistro B Side Server

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
• Must pass company testing and standards as it relates to food, beverage and wine knowledge.
• One (1) year experience in gourmet, fine dining, or high-volume restaurants.
• Ability to handle a flexible schedule, work weekends, holidays, and all shifts.
• Ability to lift and carry full trays/bus trays.
• Must fulfil uniform requirements and specifications.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain a gaming license from the Graton Gaming Commission.
• Must possess or obtain a California Food Handler Certification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must possess or obtain a Responsible Beverage Service State Certification.
• Ability to display knowledge of wine and spirits.

• Requires manual dexterity to operate job related equipment.
• Must be able to lift full, large oval trays, cocktail trays and bus tubs.
• Requires the physical ability to walk and stand for long periods of time. Ability to push, stoop, reach above the shoulders, grasp, pull, and bend repeatedly with or without assistance.

Position Summary:

Bistro B-Side Server plays a vital role in the guest experience. The Bistro B-Side Server will have shifts in either or both the B-Side Lounge and Bistro 101. Bistro B-Side Server is responsible for having strong cocktail and food knowledge, as well as conducting proper and timely presentation of beverages and food service while following all steps of service for the Bistro guest experience.
