Pool - Server: Seasonal

Position Summary

Responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests at a poolside area, taking food and drink orders, delivering items, and ensuring a pleasant and safe poolside experience. The role involves working in a high‑energy, outdoor environment while ensuring guests' needs are met in a timely and professional manner, while maintaining proper health standards and a safe work environment.

• Redefine hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.
• Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Graton Resort & Casino standards, policies, and procedures.
• Teach new team members their role as requested by management.
• Ensure a positive, welcoming atmosphere at all times.
• Cash handling and payment processing.
• Maintain the designated area clean while serving beverages, cabanas, daybeds, and/or lounge area within the designated area and all other assigned areas.
• Provide menu recommendations, answer questions about food and drinks, and offer information about special promotions or events.
• Observe and anticipate guest needs, checking on guests regularly, and deliver all items to guests in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Maintain knowledge of the reservation log and update it throughout the day as needed.
• Inform the manager on duty of any guest opportunities.
• Properly utilize cleaning supplies, including stainless steel cleaner, disinfectants, and all‑purpose cleaners.
