The Direct Support Professional
supports individuals with developmental disabilities by promoting their health, safety and well-being. Our Direct Support Professionals proudly serve as an advocate to improve the overall quality of life for our clients ensuring high-quality services and supports for adults ages 60+ requiring assisted living.

• Outline and prepare daily routine(s) for clients' (visual and active) as written in Individual Program Plan.
• Assist clients with bathroom needs.
• Change clients' undergarments and/or clothing if needed.
• Prepare daily meals and assist with clean-up.
• Pick-up/drop-off clients in company vans from/to their home/facility (if necessary).

AM: Tuesday
-Friday 6:00AM - 2:00PM

PM: Tuesday
- Friday 2:00PM- 10:00PM

NOC:Tuesday
- Friday 10:00PM - 6:00AM

• Direct Support Professional Certificate – DSP Year 1 & Year 2 (Must obtain within first 12 months of Hire)
• Obtain your RBT within the 1st Year of Employment
• First Aid/CPR & CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention (Preferred or willing to obtain)
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a California Driver’s License
• Candidate must successfully pass all pre-employment requirements, including but not limited to a background check.

• Must be able to lift 30lbs.
• Able to work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
