Overview
Brewer Science, Inc. is a major innovator of high-technology solutions for the semiconductor / microelectronics markets. We are currently seeking a purpose-driven candidate with an ownership mentality to fill an open position as a Technical Administrator. This position will be located in Rolla, MO.
Summary: The Technical Administrator is a dynamic role supporting both the strategic administrative functions and the technical documentation needs of the organization. This position manages critical program operations, from budget coordination and database management to leading the creation and editing of technical proposals and project reports.
Responsibilities- Coordinate budget processes and financial tracking for multiple projects.
- Manage organizational memberships, invoices, and association communications.
- Oversee updates to databases across platforms and assist with external reporting.
- Draft letters of support and manage NDA workflows.
- Support capital and resource requests for new initiatives.
- Assist with drafting and editing solicitations and grant proposals.
- Coordinate proposal submissions, ensuring compliance with submission requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to collect data and track deliverables.
- Coordinate contract routing, approvals, and execution tracking.
- Support contract compliance by monitoring deliverables, reporting deadlines, and renewal timelines.
- Draft standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and internal guidance documents.
- Translate technical input from engineers and chemists into clear written materials.
- Bachelor’s degree in technical or professional writing, project management, or related field and 2+ years experience or
- Master’s degree in technical or professional writing, project management, or related field and 0+ years’ experience or
- An equivalent combination of education and experience.
