Job

The Product Manager serves as the strategic and operational owner of a product or portfolio of products, ensuring alignment with market demands and company strategy.

• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis.
• Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Create product roadmaps and prioritize features in coordination with R&D and BPD Project Management.
• Own business case creation and maintenance for development products.
• Define scope, resource needs, and gate deliverables with BPD Project Managers.
• Develop launch plans, pricing, positioning, and collaborate with Marketing on collateral.
• Ensure smooth product lifecycle management across operations, regulatory, and regional extensions.
• Manage crisis situations with operations and quality teams.
• Train Sales and Application Engineering on product value.
• Define and track KPIs such as revenue, margin, and market share.
• Make phase‑in/out decisions and manage changes due to obsolescence or cost shifts.
• Support key customer accounts and attend technical meetings.

• Manage a complex product portfolio, optimizing for growth and profitability.
• Influence business strategy with product insights and market analysis.
• Build strong customer relationships and act as voice of the customer.
• Support cost‑reduction, pricing strategy, and margin improvement initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement across product quality, delivery, and internal processes.
• Track market trends and identify new growth opportunities.

• Product Manager I:
  • Bachelor’s degree + 8+ years experience.
  • Master’s degree + 6+ years experience.
  • Doctoral degree + 4+ years experience.
  • Or equivalent combination.
• Product Manager II:
  • Bachelor’s degree + 10+ years experience.
  • Master’s degree + 8+ years experience.
  • Doctoral degree + 6+ years experience.
  • Or equivalent combination.
