Sr. Construction Estimator

* Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and other contract documents to prepare accurate and comprehensive cost estimates

* Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating purposes

* Conduct site visits to assess project scope, conditions, and potential risks

* Utilize construction estimating software and tools to perform takeoffs and generate detailed cost breakdowns

* Prepare and submit bids and proposals to clients in a timely manner

* Monitor and track project costs throughout the construction process

* Assist in negotiating contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers

* Provide support in project management activities as needed

* Qualifications
* * Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)

* Proven experience as a Construction Estimator or similar role

* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations

* Proficient in using construction estimating software

* Excellent mathematical and analytical skills

* Attention to detail and accuracy in cost estimation

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members. clients and stakeholders

* Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 xrlwcon per year
