What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services based on their needs
  • Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
  • Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the Sales Force system
  • Utilize expertise in the employer's products to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate value
  • Problem‑solve and encourage customers to commit to services
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Proactive approach to customer interactions and problem‑solving
  • Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
  • Three to six months of related experience and/or training
  • Associate's degree or higher is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in sales or customer service roles
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer relationship management
  • Familiarity with Sales Force or similar CRM systems
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
