Lead projects, manage internal teams, and act as a trusted client partner in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary setting. The ideal candidate holds a PE license with 5–10+ years in land development or civil engineering and can manage budgets, schedules, and client relations. Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D is preferred.
