The Salon Assistant plays a vital role in supporting salon operations and enhancing the guest experience. This position is ideal for cosmetology students or newly licensed professionals looking to gain hands‑on experience while learning from experienced stylists and preparing for a successful career behind the chair.

• Current cosmetology student or Missouri Cosmetology License preferred
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Greet guests and assist with creating a welcoming salon environment
• Prepare styling stations and assist stylists during services
• Shampoo, condition, and perform basic treatments as directed
• Maintain salon cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Restock products, supplies, towels, and retail displays
• Assist with guest check‑in and check‑out when needed
• Support salon events, promotions, and daily operations
• Participate in training and educational opportunities to develop technical skills
