Join a leading rehabilitation team as a Physical Therapist (PT) dedicated to providing acute rehabilitation care in a fast-paced 18-bed ARU unit. This role emphasizes patient evaluation, development and implementation of treatment plans, and education for patients, families, and nursing staff. The position offers a collaborative, supportive environment with opportunities for professional growth.

• Evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and implement therapies to improve patient outcomes.
• Instruct nursing staff and family members on follow-through programs to continue patient progress.
• Document patient care accurately according to regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting standards.
• Communicate patient progress and issues with supervisors and team members.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and ensure equipment is properly handled.
• Adhere to company policies, professional standards, and state/federal laws.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapy license in Missouri.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
