Description:

Physical therapists evaluate posture, gait, balance, coordination, and strength to develop a treatment plan with the goal of helping the patient regain mobility and independence.
After identifying areas of strength and weakness, a physical therapist may work to improve a patient’s independence with tasks such as getting up from a chair or climbing stairs.
Leads, guides, and directs the delivery of physical therapy services in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations, standards, and established facility policies and procedures.
This is to provide appropriate care and services to residents.
The Physical Therapist must possess a valid, unrestricted license in their therapy discipline.
They must meet the educational requirements of their licensure requirements.
A valid driver’s license in the state of employment is required.
