Direct Support Professionals

Starting at $15/hour with opportunities to earn more based on experience and up to $16/hour on weekend shifts. While many companies are slowing down, MI Serenity continues to grow. We have recently added 3 new homes and are looking for compassionate, dependable people to grow with us.

• Starting pay: $15/hour
• Experience pays more
• Earn $16/hour for weekend shifts from Friday 3 PM through Monday 7 AM
• Refer a friend and earn $300 after 90 days
• Refer 5 friends and earn up to $1,500

• Life insurance 100% employer paid ($20,000 policy)
• 401(k) retirement plan Holiday pay
• Vacation accrual
• Paid every 2 weeks
• Mileage reimbursement at $0.63/mile
• Annual raises with positive evaluations

Total benefit package value of up to $3,200 per year.

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communication skills
• Team player with a caring heart and strong work ethic
