Phelps Health is seeking a Patient Care Assistant (PCA) for Medical Oncology on full-time day coverage in Rolla, MO. The PCA will assist licensed nurses with basic patient care tasks, including vital signs, feeding, hygiene, and mobility, while maintaining safety and excellent patient experience.
Responsibilities include charting care, communicating changes to the team, and following infection control policies. High school diploma preferred;
Missouri CNA preferred; BLS within 90 days.
