Viva Senior Living -  - Responsibilities:
Provide direct care to residents and contribute to continuity of care by reporting care provided and changes in the resident's condition to the Resident Care Director.;
Assist residents with lifts, moves, and transports using proper body mechanics or lifting devices;
Respond promptly and courteously to inquiries from residents, visitors, and staff;
Be knowledgeable of individualized care plans and provide support according to care plans;
Report incidents or evidence of resident abuse or rights violations to the supervising staff
