MA or CMA - The Dermatology Center

Join a patient-centered dermatology practice dedicated to delivering exceptional care in a supportive, team-oriented environment. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Medical Assistant or Certified Clinical Medical Assistant to support clinical operations and help ensure a positive experience for every patient.

• Prepare patients for examinations, procedures, and treatments
• Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record
• Assist the provider during dermatology procedures and in-office treatments
• Collect and prepare specimens as directed and maintain proper workflow
• Review patient histories, medications, allergies, and scribe visit information
• Provide clear, courteous communication to patients regarding care instructions
• Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and equipment in a clean and organized condition
• Support front-to-back office coordination to help the day run smoothly
• Follow all clinic policies, safety procedures, and infection control standards
• Perform other related clinical and administrative duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Completion of a Medical Assistant program
• Current CMA or CCMA certification required
• Prior experience in a medical office, specialty practice, or dermatology setting is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
• Comfort using electronic health record systems and basic office technology
• Professional, dependable, and compassionate approach to patient care

• Patients feel welcomed, informed, and cared for throughout their visit
• The clinical team receives timely, accurate support
• Maintain proper sterile field during surgical procedures
• Rooms and supplies are consistently prepared for efficient patient flow
• Documentation is completed thoroughly and accurately
• Daily tasks are handled with attention to detail and a strong sense of teamwork
