General Manager

As General Manager for Aramark Collegiate Hospitality, you will lead dining and hospitality operations on a college campus, ensuring exceptional food quality, service, and safety. You'll manage budgets, labor, and vendor relationships while driving profitability and client satisfaction. Oversee and develop a diverse team, foster a culture of inclusivity, service, and continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

Collaborate with campus partners to support events, enhance the student experience, and deliver innovative hospitality solutions aligned with Aramark's values.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily campus dining and hospitality operations to ensure quality service and food safety.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance to meet revenue and cost targets.
• Lead, train, schedule, and develop a diverse team of supervisors and frontline staff.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards in all service areas.
• Maintain strong client relationships with campus partners and respond to service needs.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and student-focused hospitality initiatives.
• Coordinate and support special events, catering, and peak service periods.
• Monitor operational KPIs, prepare reports, and implement action plans for improvement.
