Human Resources Intern

Brewer Science, Inc. is a major innovator of high-technology solutions for the semiconductor / microelectronics markets. We are currently seeking a purpose-driven candidate with an ownership mentality to fill an open position as a Spring 2026 Human Resources Intern (part-time, 15-20 hours per week). This position will be in Rolla, MO.

Summary:

Support the Brewer Science Human Resource Team across the following functions, in addition to other assigned responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

* Support the development and updating of HR policies, procedures, and documentation.

* Assist in the planning and execution of HR projects, including recruitment, employee engagement, and training programs.

* Assist with administrative tasks, including managing HR databases and preparing reports.

* Provide general support to the HR team and contribute to a positive team environment.

* Participate in supporting of on-site events hosted by the Human Resources Team

* Assist with Professional Development system maintenance and clean up

* Update and reformat internal intranet and SharePoint pages

* Safeguard and maintain the confidentiality of all records handled

* Participate in Brewer Science's Intern Program

Credentials and

Education:

* Pursuing a bachelor's degree or master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communication, or Business (or related fields)
