Position Overview
SHIFT SUPERVISOR (full time or part time) at University of Missouri-Rolla. Immediate hiring. The supervisor directs associate activities during the assigned shift, ensuring policy, procedure, productivity, safety, and quality.
Location:
202 West 18th Street, Rolla, MO 65409. Online applications only.
Full time and part time schedules available. Shifts include PM, weekends, and mid‑shifts. Pay range: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour.
Qualifications- Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
- Food safety knowledge and experience.
- Provide training and create work schedules.
- Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperforming employees.
- Prepare production or sales reports, ensuring the unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations.
- Act as the contact person for employee complaints or time‑off requests.
- Mentor, develop employees, and encourage career advancement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
