As our Store Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Here’s what your role will include:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the store to ensure a seamless experience for customers and staff.
• Leading and motivating a team to meet and exceed performance goals.
• Managing inventory, scheduling, and other operational tasks.
• Upholding our standards for customer service and store presentation.
• Collaborating with ownership to implement strategies for growth and success.

We’re searching for someone who brings strong managerial skills and a proactive mindset to the table. While experience in coffee is preferred, it’s not a deal breaker—we’re happy to train the right person! Here’s what we’d love to see:

• At least 1 year of experience in a management or leadership role.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• A customer-focused attitude with a knack for problem-solving.
• A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
