Capital Materials is looking to fill a Loader Operator position at our Asphalt Plant in Rolla, Missouri.

• Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Move, load, and handle materials with the use of a front-end loader and occasionally other large machinery.
• Responsible for transporting material from stockpiles to feeder bins to supply the plant.
• Ensure the asphalt plant feeder bins do not run empty during production hours.
• Perform daily checks and maintenance on loaders, such as lubricating, checking fluid levels, fueling, and cleaning.
• Assist the plant team with plant maintenance and special projects at the plant site
• Adhere to OSHA rules and regulations and wear proper safety equipment.
• Perform other job responsibilities as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to operate heavy equipment of various sizes and weights
• Front-end loader experience is required
• General knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment
• Lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Work overtime, nights, weekends, as needed
• Reliable transportation
• Willing to travel/work out of town, as needed
• Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
