Job Description
We are offering a partially funded Research Associate position, for a term of up to one year. The opportunity is intended for those who are conducting research in the field of biomaterials and immunotherapy. The selected candidate will spend up to a year working on defined experimental projects in our lab.
This initiative is designed to foster meaningful scientific collaboration, offering a visiting researcher the opportunity to contribute to and learn from ongoing projects in our lab, while also bringing new techniques and perspectives to our team. We believe such exchanges are valuable in building strong, long‑term research partnerships between our groups and institutions.
The group's research focuses on leveraging biomaterials to modulate the tissue microenvironment, aiming to advance cancer immunotherapy and promote tissue regeneration.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Biotechnology
Preferred
Skills:
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with nano/biomaterials development
- In vitro techniques (cell culture, cytotoxicity assays, PCR, Western blot)
- Animal procedures (in vivo imaging, compound injections, tissue/cell isolation)
- Flow cytometry panel development for immunophenotyping
