Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken - Cashier Position is seeking a highly motivated Cashier to join our team. The role involves managing transactions, ensuring accurate pricing, accepting payments, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities- Greeting customers warmly and ensuring a pleasant experience
- Processing transactions accurately using a cash register
- Providing receipts and change as needed, and delivering excellent customer service
- Bagging and wrapping purchased goods for safe transport
- Upselling and cross-selling when appropriate
- Experience with POS systems and cash registers
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good math skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to effectively resolve complaints
