ASSISTANT MANAGER

• Staff and manage the store team to deliver quality customer service.
• Manage costs and develop team members in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate all equipment and stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and work areas.
• Prepare product and receive/process telephone orders; take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily; comprehend and give correct written instructions; communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Perform basic arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, divide) accurately and quickly; make correct monetary change.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Deliver product by car to customers and distribute flyers or door hangers as needed.
• Navigate to delivery addresses within designated areas and handle deliveries in various settings; may encounter multi-story buildings and other delivery sites.
• Submit to a background check and drug test as required.
• Participate in on-the-job training and orientation.

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, customer service oriented; willingness to learn and excel.
• Valid driver’s license with a 2-year clean driving record and reliable vehicle.
• Proof of liability insurance.
• Ability to operate all equipment and deliver in the designated area.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions; clear verbal communication with customers and co-workers.
• Basic math skills and ability to provide correct change.
• Ability to enter orders via computer or touch screen.

Orientation and on-the-job training will be provided.

• Physical Requirements
  • Standing:
    Most tasks are performed while standing.
  • Walking:
    Short distances for short durations.
  • Sitting:
    Paperwork may be completed at a desk or table.
  • Lifting and carrying:
    Handling cases of ingredients and supplies; pizzas and related items; up to 50 pounds for deliveries, with occasional heavier items.
  • Pushing/pulling:
    Moving trays on dollies; force may be required to push or pull stacks.
  • Climbing:
    May navigate stairs or ladders to perform maintenance tasks.
