Brookshire Construction is seeking reliable and skilled Laborers, Finishers, and Foundation Carpenters of all experience levels to join our construction team in the Rolla & Cuba, MO area.

Hourly rate: $18.00-$25.00/hr. depending on experience
Location: Rolla & Cuba, MO
Key Responsibilities- Able to read blueprints/plot plans, figure concrete, and set forms
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and secure job site, picking up tools and equipment and securing job sites at the end of each day to eliminate potential hazards
- Assist in form installation, rebar installation, and placing and finishing concrete
- Assisting Superintendents as needed to ensure all homes under construction or in the warranty phase meet Brookshire's high-quality standards and levels of customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership skills, and willing to learn
- Safety and production driven
- Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather
- Must have strong work ethic, be punctual and reliable
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
