Position Overview
Investment Realty, Inc. is expanding our maintenance staff and we are looking for an experienced and professional individual to fill a full-time role.
Responsibilities and RequirementsSelf‑motivated person capable of handling several time‑sensitive tasks with excellent time‑management skills. Familiarity with general maintenance items including painting, lawn maintenance, property beautification, light plumbing, and electrical is required. Position requires 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
Ideal applicants exhibit a high level of professionalism, communication skills, knowledge of property maintenance, and possess problem‑solving skills.
Qualifications- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license
- Salary: $48,000–$50,000 per year
- Company vehicle and tools provided
- 401(k) plan
- Vision and dental insurance
- Paid time off for holidays and vacations
- On‑the‑job training
Full‑time, Monday‑Friday schedule. In‑person work location in Rolla, MO.
