Maintenance Manager – Full Time
MI Serenity is seeking a full‑time Maintenance Manager to join our growing team.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Repair drywall, paint, mow lawns, perform general home repairs, basic electrical and plumbing services, and apply all‑around handyman skills. Manage other personnel while maintaining excellent attendance.

- Ability to lift over 50 pounds
- All‑around handyman skills
- Farm skills such as driving a tractor and operating equipment
- Strong work ethic

- Flexibility with occasional schedule changes
- Organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer skills
- Maintain privacy and confidentiality of residents
- Pass criminal background screening
- Vacation
