• 2022 or newer Volvo 760, automatic trucks.
• Engine of 68 cruise and pedal, ergonomically designed seats and precise steering.
• 70 L /96 W sleepers.
• Larger than average built‑in refrigerators.
• Auxiliary power units, dual antennas, flat‑screen TV mount, satellite radios.

Safety is the responsibility of everyone. Operations team experienced. Most have driven a tractor just like you. They will dispatch you safely & legally. Your truck will undergo regular maintenance; the shop is available 24/7. We dispatch loads primarily in the middle corridor of the United States and will not force you through the mountains of the West Coast or New York City.

Drivers regularly meet face‑to‑face with managers and team members. They know each other by name. Operations department is available 24/7.

Pay is based on work record and experience. We pay professionals loaded and empty on practical miles, up to 5-7% more miles a year than companies paying for short miles. Includes annual raises, merit raises, safety and performance bonuses. Top performers earned over $100K last year.
