The
Project Engineer(PE)—Renewable Energy Division supports the projectmanagementteamandhelpsdriveexecutiononrenewableenergyprojectsbymaintainingstrongprojectcontrols,documentation,and coordination.

Thisrolereviewsandhelpsresolveconstruction-relatedissuesanddiscrepancieswiththearchitect/engineer,owner,subcontractors,and vendors,andmanageskeydocumentationincluding
submittals,RFIs,andmeetingminutes
.

The Renewable Energy PEwillalsodevelopworkingknowledgeof
bid packages,scopesofwork,construction schedules,andsiteutilizationprograms
,whilesupportingday-to-daycoordinationtokeepsolarprojectsmovingsafelyandefficiently.

• Supporttheprojectmanagementteamwithday-to-dayprojectcoordinationandexecution.
• Review,analyze,andhelpresolveconstruction-relatedissuesanddiscrepancieswiththearchitect/engineer,owner,subcontractors,and vendors.
• Manageandorganizeconstructiondocumentationincluding
  submittals,RFIs,andmeetingminutes
  .
• Monitorcompliancetoapplicablecodes,practices,QA/QC policies,performance standards,and policies.
• Coordinateprocurementofpermitsandinspectionswithlocaljurisdictions.
• Assistindevelopmentofbidpackages,scopesofwork,construction schedules,andsiteutilizationprograms.
• Driveandsupportprojectgoalsasacorememberofadedicatedteam.
• Supportprojectcloseoutandpunchlistprocesses.
• Support field+PMteamswithrenewableenergyworkflowcoordinationacrosscivil,racking,mechanical,andelectricalscopes(as applicable).
• Trackandorganizesolarprojectlogs(submittallog,RFIlog,changelog,delivery log,andcloseoutdocumentation).
• AssistwithQA/QCdocumentationandverificationpackages(photos,checklists,inspections,punch items).
• Helpcompileturnover/closeout materials(O&Mbinders,warranties,as-builts,training confirmations) where required.
• Coordinate utility/third-partytouchpoints(inspections,testing documentation,commissioning readiness) asdirectedbyPM/field leadership.

• Constructionexperienceorexperienceinasimilarfield.
• Results-drivenabilitytomanageandfollowuponmultiplepriorities.
• Organizedandteam-orientedwithstrongverbalandwrittencommunicationskills.
• Commitmenttoqualityandattentiontodetail.
• Proficientwithindustry-standardcomputerskillsandsoftware(MSOffice,

• Abilitytolearnandadaptquickly.
• Familiaritywithrenewableprojectworkflows(utility-scale,community solar,orrooftopPV).
• Experiencewithconstructiondocumentationplatforms(e.g.,Procore) andPDFmarkuptools(e.g.,Bluebeam).
• Experiencecoordinatingpermits/inspectionsandsupportingcloseoutpackagesonfast-track projects.
