Are you ready to take the next step in your finance career? We’re looking for a Financial Analyst I who’s eager to make an impact through accurate financial reporting, smart analysis, and a focus on continuous improvement.

In this role, you’ll support financial and business performance, risk management, and compliance efforts across the division — ensuring we meet international financial reporting standards (IFRS), government regulations, and Bill 198/Sarbanes‑Oxley requirements.

• Manage general accounting activities — including cash, accounts receivable, fixed assets, expense reports, and general ledger transactions.
• Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts and monthly financial reports.
• Support month‑end and year‑end close processes in compliance with IFRS standards.
• Create financial results presentations and cost analyses with insights and improvement recommendations.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Maintain proper controls, segregation of duties, and safeguard company assets.
• Lead or participate in internal and external audits.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Partner with other departments to support business initiatives with data‑driven insights.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required).
• CPA designation or active pursuit (preferred).
• 0–2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience; IFRS exposure a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
• A hands‑on, detail‑oriented approach and the ability to meet deadlines.

• Primarily office‑based with occasional visits to the manufacturing floor.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally and wear appropriate PPE as needed.
