- Oversee the complete implementation lifecycle of Workday Financials modules for clients
- Lead design sessions to gather requirements and document key decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into Workday Financials configuration
- Drive transformation of business processes, focusing on Foundation Data Model (FDM) and Financial Accounting
- Assist clients with data conversion from legacy systems into Workday
- CPA certification is required
- Minimum of two full lifecycle engagements implementing Financial Accounting/FDM with the Workday Platform
- 3+ years of Workday Financials experience and a total of 10-15 years of Financials experience from other ERP systems
- Deep understanding of Workday's configuration options and transactional life cycles
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and presentation skills
- Prior implementation partner experience
- Experience in a lead role for Workday implementation in Financial Accounting, FDM, or Core Financials
- Active certifications in FDM, Core Financials, and Financial Accounting
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
