Endeavor Health's Rolling Meadows outpatient rehabilitation site seeks a Physical Therapist II to provide 1:1 patient care, assess and treat in the outpatient setting, and develop individualized plans to restore function and reduce pain. Qualified candidates have a Physical Therapy degree from an APTA-accredited school, Illinois licensure or eligibility, and CPR certification.
Schedule includes days with two evening shifts until 7:30 pm and occasional Saturday mornings; full-time or part-time
