QualificationsBusiness Analyst to provide application development and support of logistics and warehouse management systems. Will support clients throughout implementation process, work on customizing applications, troubleshoot issues and provide support.
Responsibilities- Conducting interviews, defining business requirements, creating program specifications
- Analysis and design of new systems or solutions to systems
- Test application
- Application support (wms, logistics applications)
- Ticket management.
