OverviewThis role partners with the Vice President of Client Services to lead high‑profile initiatives for a flagship client, coordinating cross‑functional teams and driving strategic and financial goals during a critical program transformation. Key responsibilities include managing projects, leveraging analytics to identify performance opportunities, communicating complex solutions to executive audiences, and ensuring Gallagher’s brand integrity as a trusted ambassador.
How You’ll Make an Impact- Work directly with the Vice President of Client Services to manage high profile initiatives for one of Gallagher Bassett’s flagship clients.
- Facilitate stakeholder needs for key projects and initiatives during a critical period of program transformation and help our client achieve their strategic and financial goals.
- Coordinate projects and initiatives with cross‑functional teams; help facilitate action and drive results for the client.
- Work with analytics resources to identify performance opportunities through data discovery and hypothesis‑based analyses.
- Clearly communicate complex business problems and align solutions to executive‑level audiences.
- Design and implement solutions to solve client‑specific problems.
- Uphold the Gallagher Way as an ambassador, ensuring our trusted brand is protected and maintained.
- Bachelor’s degree and 6 years related experience.
- Insurance license required.
- Often travels for client needs (e.g., claim reviews, stewardship discussions).
- Possesses and maintains significant and meaningful depth of knowledge in select industries, drivers of risk, and industry/competitor developments.
- In‑depth understanding of risk, insurance and claim industry information and trends.
- Understands dynamics of exposure, coverages, carrier and broker dynamics.
- Auto liability experience.
- Management consulting experience.
- Builds an in‑depth knowledge of client.
- Thinks outside the box to address specific client concerns.
- Delivers all messages (written or verbally) in a concise, logical manner with focus on insights and decisions/action. Confident when communicating and presenting, always gets the point across and anticipates questions from supervisors and clients.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Able to structure and use data to tell a compelling story.
- Incorporates potential nuances (outliers, benchmark data) to reach better conclusions.
- Able to engage with more sophisticated clients and brokers.
We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low‑end and high‑end of the range for this position.
