HowYou'll Make An Impact
- Concentrated on day-to-day account management of largest, most complex, and/or specialty/niche industry client accounts.
- Focused on building, expanding, and solidifying relationships with existing clients at all levels within the company and lead appropriate resources to address the client's risk/capital management needs.
- Collaborates with management to develop, maintain, improve and implement goals and objectives across the Client Services team.
- Key responsibilities further include:
- Comprehensive oversight of all premium, claims and accounting responsibilities tied to the service of the Client.
- Establishing and monitoring best-in-class client service deliverables, processes and procedures to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Cultivating relationships with most senior buyer in the client organization as well as with day-to-day client representatives and buyers.
- May have retention goals.
- Prepares and delivers training presentations at industry events, client meetings and internal meetings.
- Serves as senior subject matter expert associated with content, processes, and procedures.
- Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations.
- May be introduced to formal supervisory responsibility over subordinates and/or may assist in orienting and training lower level employees.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree and 7 or more years client service and/or claims management experience
OR
- High School degree and 12 years experience.
- License required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time.
Preferred: Professional designation may be preferred, such as CPCU, CIC or ARM.
Behaviors: Demonstrates ability to quickly determine critical issues.
Compensation And Benefits
We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
