How

You'll Make An Impact
  • Concentrated on day-to-day account management of largest, most complex, and/or specialty/niche industry client accounts.
  • Focused on building, expanding, and solidifying relationships with existing clients at all levels within the company and lead appropriate resources to address the client's risk/capital management needs.
  • Collaborates with management to develop, maintain, improve and implement goals and objectives across the Client Services team.
  • Key responsibilities further include:
    • Comprehensive oversight of all premium, claims and accounting responsibilities tied to the service of the Client.
    • Establishing and monitoring best-in-class client service deliverables, processes and procedures to meet and exceed client expectations.
    • Cultivating relationships with most senior buyer in the client organization as well as with day-to-day client representatives and buyers.
  • May have retention goals.
  • Prepares and delivers training presentations at industry events, client meetings and internal meetings.
  • Serves as senior subject matter expert associated with content, processes, and procedures.
  • Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations.
  • May be introduced to formal supervisory responsibility over subordinates and/or may assist in orienting and training lower level employees.
About You

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree and 7 or more years client service and/or claims management experience

OR

  • High School degree and 12 years experience.
  • License required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time.

Preferred: Professional designation may be preferred, such as CPCU, CIC or ARM.

Behaviors: Demonstrates ability to quickly determine critical issues.

The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
