Impact andKey Responsibilities
- Drive strategic growth of ERM’s Health & Safety and Risk Services across North America.
- Influence enterprise-wide safety programs for major capital projects and operational facilities.
- Deliver high-impact solutions in leadership, culture, compliance, and risk management.
- Serve as trusted advisor to C‑suite executives in technology, power, oil & gas, and manufacturing sectors.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop the next generation of safety leaders.
- Lead client account development, sales, and delivery of ERM’s full consulting service suite.
- Design and implement health & safety compliance programs, performance transformation initiatives, and risk management systems.
- Provide thought leadership on EHS, ESG, and sustainability topics.
- Develop commercial strategies to secure high‑value opportunities aligned with ERM’s global vision.
- Manage and mentor consulting teams, fostering innovation and talent growth.
- Ensure financial targets, project timelines, and client satisfaction are consistently met.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Health & Safety, Human Factors, Engineering, Science, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 15+ years of progressive health & safety leadership experience, including consulting.
- Proven success delivering multimillion‑dollar sales annually and winning strategic projects.
- Deep expertise in technology and/or power sectors; experience in oil & gas, chemical, mining, or manufacturing is a plus.
- Strong business acumen and ability to shape client needs at executive levels.
- Recognized technical certifications (e.g., CSP, CIH, CHMM).
- Established reputation and client network in the local marketplace.
- Passion for advancing EHS performance and sustainability.
Annual base pay ranges from $175,000 – $200,000 USD (actual pay depends on education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs). Compensation may include bonus opportunities.
