- Senior level operations role that is key right hand person who supports and partners with the Sr. Vice President of Operations and branch operational leaders.
- The Senior Project Manager of Operations has dotted line responsibility for supporting and directing branch operational efforts within the region.
- Facilitates bringing functional leaders together to work on projects as applicable.
- Drives region’s operational projects and is responsible for implementation of those projects that will be through the actions of staff, engagement of executive management and other stakeholders.
- Assist Sr. Vice President of Operations to develop and implement a strategic regional plan to achieve business and operation goals annually.
- Essential duties include:
- Supporting the overall strategies of:
Organic revenue;
Merger growth; process improvement; talent development, and innovation, creating, developing and promoting operational policies and processes, which are in line with best practices. - Driving operations projects in conjunction with Regional Resources and Branch Operations.
- Liaising between the regional branches and corporate.
- Providing oversight of branch commission tracking process.
- Assisting in recruiting Operational Directors and Manager roles in the region.
- Mentoring and assisting in onboarding new Operations Directors.
- Leading, coaching, and developing branch operations leaders.
- Developing and implementing regional operations training as needed.
- Supporting the overall strategies of:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years related experience required.
- Must possess exceptional business acumen (to include understanding general business principles, finance, accounting and marketing strategies), ability to lead/manage staff, strong time management skills, superior presentation skills, flexibility to shift priorities as needed to service the needs of the region, and proficient PC skills.
- Prior employee benefits brokerage experience preferred. Master’s degree/MBA desired.

- Ability to operate at both a strategic and operational level.
- Strong critical thinking skills, collaborative, proactive approach.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
