** CNC Machine*
* ** Operator,
** preferably with tool & die experience, to perform more complex set-up, operation, and maintenance of one or more production machines in assigned work area. The Operator may also assist with training other machine operators.

** Responsibilities:
*** Controls and adjusts machine settings to complete more complex tasks.
* Performs machine set-up/changeover to produce the required product or components by making mechanical adjustments to meet product specifications.
* Performs first time set-up of equipment for new products through programming, profiling, and mechanical/ software adjustments.
* Operates equipment to achieve production requirements and quality goals. Makes minor adjustments to correct machine output as needed.
* Performs manual production operations as required, e.g., apply labels, place components, load and unload equipment.
* Visually inspects machine output to verify proper assembly and workmanship standards are being met.
* Performs daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance activities in accordance with machine operation manual or maintenance work instruction.
* Maintains neat and orderly work areas and comply with all safety rules
* Other duties as assigned

* Qualifications:

*** High school diploma or GED required
* 5+ years of experience setting up and operating machines, or may need 2 years experience with additional specialized training and/or certification
* Tool and Die experience is preferred.
* Must have ability to read and interpret blueprints or drawings
* Ability to read, write, and speak English

The hiring rate expected for this position is $28-$32 hourly.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
