Key Responsibilities- Assess patient status, monitor progress, and record observations.
- Plan and evaluate individualized patient care.
- Perform nursing duties within scope of practice.
- Delegate tasks to other staff members as needed.
- Associate’s degree or BSN from an accredited institution.
- Current Illinois nursing license.
- CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
- Deliver safe, effective nursing care during night shifts with rotating weekends and holidays.
- Maintain compliance with professional standards and hospital policies.
