Key Responsibilities- Assess patient conditions and monitor progress
- Recognize changes and adjust care plans accordingly
- Record pertinent observations accurately
- Delegate tasks to team members
- Participate actively in team efforts to meet unit goals
- Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program
- Current Illinois RN license
- CPR certification from the American Heart Association
