Senior Client Services Representative

This role provides independent support for a complex client portfolio, coordinating with internal teams to manage marketing, claims, renewals, and administration while resolving advanced service issues and inquiries.
Base Pay Range$38,500.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr
Responsibilities- Coordinate activities with Account Managers, Account Executives, Producers, Brokers in servicing designated book of business related to marketing, claims, administration, renewals, and sales.
- Provide independent support to assigned group of clients, focusing on complex needs.
- Resolve complex customer service problems and inquiries that require research and interaction with carriers or agents.
- Engage with client contacts ranging from mid‑ to lower‑level client staff, supporting senior‑level client staff as needed.
- Maintain log of client conversations.
- Market new and renewal accounts according to company procedures.
- Assist with research and preparation for client presentations.
- Develop new lines of business with current clients and inform clients of pertinent legal issues.
- Prepare renewals according to procedures manual.
- Supervise enrollment meetings and implementation procedures.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- 3+ years of related experience.
- Appropriate license (preferred).
- Understanding of the insurance brokerage business and customer service processes/tasks.
