• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through product options on the sales floor.
• Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9 am and 9 pm, including weekends, with seniority‑based schedules available two weeks in advance.
• Remain flexible and adapt to evolving technology and customer needs in a fast‑paced environment.

• Bilingual Spanish and English proficiency.
• Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience preferred; no sales experience acceptable with full training and coaching.
• Strong drive and passion for helping people, flexibility, and willingness to learn.

Annual earnings range: $40,000 – $63,000, including hourly rate and unlimited commission opportunities. Salary depends on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
