Overview

Are you a strategic thinker passionate about driving sales success through innovative solutions and collaborative efforts? Join us as a Sales Operations Manager and be the backbone of our sales organization! In this dynamic role, you'll leverage data‑driven insights to optimize processes for our Small Business and Personal Lines teams, ensuring precise forecasting, comprehensive reporting, and seamless alignment with service and cross‑functional teams.

You'll play a crucial role in organic growth by developing lead and prospect lists tailored to ideal client profiles, enhancing sales velocity.

How you’ll make an impact
  • Develop insightful dashboards and reports for informed decision‑making.
  • Oversee and enhance CRM systems like Salesforce for robust data integrity.
  • Optimize sales workflows to boost conversion rates and accelerate sales cycles.
  • Build lead and prospect lists aligned with ideal client profiles.
  • Collaborate with Service, Marketing, Finance, and Sales Leaders on go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Equip sales teams with tools, training, and content for success.
  • Contribute to the design and management of sales incentive plans.
About You
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations.
  • Prior experience successfully managing sales operations within the Insurance industry strongly preferred.
Skills for Success
  • Expertise in CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and project management abilities.
  • Proven track record in cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Licensing: P&C License required.
Compensation and benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
