Building Automation Systems Specialist

As a Systems Specialist, you’ll be on the front lines of installing, starting up, and commissioning building automation system equipment, ensuring reliable, energy‑efficient operations for our clients.

• Assist with commissioning new distributed digital control systems on construction sites within planned timelines and document all commissioning details.
• Plan work with mentor, Lead Technician, and Team Leader.
• Submit accurate time and expense reports.
• Work overtime when needed and rotate on‑call or minimal overnight travel as required.
• Adhere to local, corporate, and OSHA safety policies and procedures.

• Electro‑mechanical experience (either prior role or education) and proficiency with PC/software.
• Willingness and ability to work in diverse conditions, including climbing ladders, scaffolds, high‑lift equipment, ducts, crawl spaces, roofs, basements, and above ceilings.
• Ability to use hand tools, laptop, email, smartphone, tablet, and to carry equipment up to 75 lb unassisted.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Minimum age 18 and a valid driver’s license with limited violations.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

• High school diploma or GED.
