  • Perform masonry repairs (walls, floors, tile, limited brick/block removal).
  • Perform electrical work including lighting maintenance, outlet/switch replacement, troubleshooting, tracing and repair of 120/277/480V branch circuits, LED conversions, and VFD installations.
  • Maintain building systems including digitally controlled air compressors/dryers, storm and sanitary pumps and emergency/400 Hz generators.
  • Support fire suppression systems (sprinkler modifications, valves/pumps/engines, detectors, suppression agents, and fire alarm systems) in alignment with evolving codes and customer requirements.
  • Support safety programs including snow removal, interior/exterior/roof inspections, SPCC inspections, IAQ inspections, ISO 14001 initiatives, and GreenNG objectives.
  • Use the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for electronic recordkeeping and real-time data entry.
  • Coordinate with Facilities Engineering to plan and execute cost‑effective in‑house projects.
  • Provide responsive customer service to stakeholders at all levels and participate in emergency call‑in on a rotating basis.
