Office Assistant

Guardian Garage Floors is an established and rapidly growing company looking for a full-time Office Assistant

Excellent customer service and computer skills are a requirement. It is essential to be able to multitask and self–manage. Applicants must be able to enter data into the computer while talking to potential customers. Excellent problem–solving and follow‑through skills are also required. Must be a self‑starter and work independently with little guidance.

• $18–$22 per hour

• Answer inbound phone calls
• Make outbound phone calls
• Schedule appointments
• Manage calendar
• Data entry
• Create job folders
• Confirm installation appointments
• Respond to reviews and social media inquiries
• Oversee day‑to‑day office activities
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

• Be 18 years or older
• Must have a driver’s license and reliable transportation
