Big Dan's Car Wash is seeking a friendly Customer Experience Agent to be the first point of contact for customers, handling membership questions, account updates, billing concerns, and other issues by phone and email. You will listen, resolve problems, and ensure every interaction delivers a positive experience.
You will work with site managers and other departments to resolve concerns, educate customers on membership benefits, and participate in ongoing training to grow with the team.
