Schedule Details: Provide onsite provider personalization after EPIC U classes. Ongoing provider support for Epic specific personalization. Adding and updating technical application such as MFA’s and IT technology. Providing drop‑in services for all Floyd teammates. Monday‑Friday 8‑4:30 pm.

Pay Range: $25.30 - $37.95

• Facilitate electronic health record (EHR) and clinical application training through synchronous and asynchronous methods, including computer‑based training, virtual workshops, on‑site training, and virtual instructor‑led sessions.
• Conduct testing of lesson plans in the training environment for accuracy following upgrades and other significant changes.
• Review training documents annually for quality, relevance, and accuracy, and maintain an up‑to‑date inventory of educational materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve lesson plans, training strategies, curriculum, and tactics, offering suggestions for enhancing engagement and supporting the training program.
• Conduct one‑on‑one personalization sessions with clinicians to ensure effective and efficient use of the EHR, tailored to the specific needs of each user.
• Gather feedback on all training delivered.
• Facilitate follow‑up and ongoing training, both in individual and group settings, using content based on user data.
• Assist in the review of all education documents for accuracy and relevance (tip sheets, job aids, quick‑start guides, etc.) for all clinical end users.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices for training and development through continuous education, professional organizations, and conferences.

• Epic Credentialed Trainer Certification required within 6 months of hire.

• Associate’s degree in Business, Adult Education, Clinical, or IT related field.

• Typically 2 years of experience in adult education, clinical informatics, or healthcare required. Previous Epic experience in IT or as an end user preferred.

• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to present to large groups of people both virtually, in person, and recorded as needed.
• Effective critical‑thinking skills, decision‑making, and problem‑solving.
• Proficient with all Microsoft Office products and the ability to learn other applications proficiently.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Adult Education, IT or related field preferred.
• Additional strong organizational and communication skills, critical thinking, decision‑making, problem‑solving, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and other applications.
